Crazy! An electric commander? Do you bring a generator along just in case the battery dies?

160 km to a charge sounds good, however a top speed of 25 mph does not. I wonder about the level of power as well for hills,soft muddy areas?? Seems to be a good start though.

Power levels of electric motors are instant and follow the range of speed until motor stall, almost maximum torque throughout the operating speeds. Also gear ratio plays a part, but you will always have torque up to motor stall point.

So that`s why Daveb was stocking up on extension cords, the bugger is buying a S/S after all..............

Let's see how long until the solar powered version comes out! :d
I could only imagine the specs on that one....Top speed of 5km/hr on a cloudy day.
