Intermittant spark

On the verge of buying new pick up assembly/ coils but I could still be wasting money... Is there a possibilty of the ignition timing being out of whack somehow? even though blown motor was taken out and rebuilt put it with virtually nothing being changed. Also this sled was originally from the US not sure if that makes any difference in the way things are mapped but the motor also came from states. same motor same year possibly different model.. mine is summit adrenaline and the motor may have come out of a summit X of the same year

just go though it check everything is hooked up and then bring it in an get them to check timing and mapping.... mapping is your ecm so that wouldn't change... shouldnt matter what motor you put in there just as long as it is the is the same model of motor(800r, 800ho) mapping might be different between the two
