Installing a tow hitch on a '02 summit?

I want to install a tow hitch on the back of my 2002 summit for pulling around a sled with the kids inside. I have looked around for some ideas but can't seem to find any examples of how to do this.

Do you think the rear tube grab handle (on the back of the sled) is strong enough to bolt on an after market tow hitch for this application?

Any other ideas?

Ino for mine i put a hitch on it too pull a ice fishing sleigh and had too make a drop bracket and made plates for the sides of the tunnel make it really strong
