Hello all, I am new to the ATV world again. I have inherited a Arctic Cat TRV 550 from my step dads estate. it has been a long time since I have been around ATV's, since my farming days. The owners manual says to take it in for a valve adjustment? it has around 300 km's on it. is it a good idea to do this? What else should I know about the quad or other maintenance I should be doing?

Take it in at 1000 k for a valve adjustment unless it gets hard to start or you hear ticking. Keep a battery maintainer on it 24/7 they don't like lower voltages. Very reliable machine with good power for its size.
