Im looking for some info on where to go riding in the red deer area, i know i will have to travel but thats ok, we are not hard core riders, just like to get out and ride some trails.

there are a few poker rallys coming up real soon, lots of trails to ride if we have snow. you could check with snowmobile clubs in the area for their riding areas. lots of people ride the blindman river you have to watch for young kids on quads cutting the inside corners. also you can ride just about anywhere east of the forest trunk rd. just respect private property. hummingbird/onion lake has some nice trails and mtn. sledding. you should get a fluz map to see areas where you can ride west of the forest trunk road. most areas west of forest trunk will be windswept and may lack snow, the only way to know is to go out there. if there is a lack of snow you could ride the boundary area as there should be snow in the trees, maybe carry a saw to cut logs across trail.
