Not just Salmon Arm tejay.
My buddy bought a boat from a guy on the same lake in Huntsville On. [16' fishing boat].
15 min across the water with trailer attached. His wife followed him in another boat to take him back home ...would be almost 2 hours to drive around the lake. Both at the same end of the lake, cottage access from different sides.

Actually this is more common than you think. Some people have cottages on an island and this is how they get their trailer to the island.

some of them build "boat houses" that will hold the boat, that pull the boat up out of the water on the trailer using a winch system.
