HID complaints

You guys do know that HID lights arent exclusive to alberta right? Whats the deal with all the assumptions that every set is an albertan? Abviously if they are bright means its dark so how can u say that u can see the plates on the back of the truck when they are headed the opposite direction? Getting kind of tired with all the B****ing about albertans. I know that there are others who will agree. But i will also be one to agree that there ARE some who need too learn how to set there lights more appropriatly.
