Hi! I've got fan issues on an 07 sportsman 800

The fan works fine when it first runs, but after I take it for a ride, the fan doesn't run properly. The motor heats up and display flashes hot. I've replaced both relays, heat sensor, and fan, no change. I finally installed a switch. That works excellent, but I'd still like to have the fan working automatically. Any suggestions?
