I have a 2010 grizz with a few mods done to it, I had a machined sleeve in the clutch and it broke itself apart and melted the roller weights, since then I put factory sleeves back in and just kept the epi clutch kit. This was also a problem before, when I put speed up and release the gas there is a bit of a grinding noise, or the bike will stall while still in motion. I dunno if its the one way bearing or a bent shaft that would create this, the primary tho would only spin one way so I would assume the bearing was good. Anyone got any ideas? Thx

That's most likely your one way bearing. If I can remember correctly, it's only about $35 and pretty easy to replace. You will quite possibly also have to buy a new gasket for the wet clutch housing so you may as well pick one up while you're at the stealership asking for a one way bearing.

I'm surprised you had to pull your machined sheave. I love my Airdam setup. Who did yours and what did you have done to it?
