I have to replace one of the the bar warmers on my wife's sled. I'd like to be able to get the grip off without cutting it or stretching the chit out of it so I can re-use it. I used hairspray about 15 years ago when I initially replaced the warmers way back! Any suggestions or is it time to just get a new pair of grips?

On a side note, the warmers that I replaced years ago were the original stock ones. I replaced them with RSI warmers after reading reviews of how much better they are. The reviews are all correct. If you want nice toasty hands get yourself a pair of the RSI ones. I wish they made a thumb warmer because the on on my sled quit working!

Quick blast of air on the end usually works. At least on Doo grips.

I like it. I was thinking of the air compressor method but the grips have big bar ends on them. Take them off and use tape to plug the hole. Genius!
