Sat. Jan. 15/11 11-1
Everyone is invited to come up and meet and thank all the supporters, donators and volunteers who were instrumental in making it all happen.
Special guests have been invited, we are getting them all up the mtn. and having lunch. Hope to show them all a great day and why we enjoy the sport.

It is also Avalanche Awareness Day

Day event January 15th 9am – 2pm: Poker Rally near the cabin with the roll of dice for each station. Have a four stations with beacons, probing, conveyor shoveling techniques and what’s in your pack. Ideally it would be nice to have these running from 9-11am and 1-2pm so we do not interfere with the New Boulder Cabin presentations and event.

See you there.

Evening event January 15th 6pm – ?: Fundraiser auction and movies at the Regent Pub. We will have some food and drink specials, sled and ski movies as well as a live auction to raise funds for public avalanche safety.

The Club will also be presenting the Canadian Avalanche Centre with a donation in memory of Shay Snortland, Kurtis Reynolds and Kelly Reitenbach to promote snowmobile avalanche awareness.
These monies have been raised since the avalanches last Mar. at Turbo Hill and Eagles Pass through a donation from the club, a support the CAC campaign and the proceeds from the auction at the Boost/Thunderstruck Revy Premier.

Hwys. closed both ways and half our special guest and club members who wanted to attend couldn`t even get to town. Grand opening still went really well, thanks everyone who were able to attend. :d
The Revelstoke Snowmobile Club and Snowmobile Revelstoke Society both donated $5,000 each to the Canadian Avalanche Centre to promote avalanche awareness for snowmobilers and we are looking forward to working with them to achieve this goal.
