Yes.I would think so.just had group from ab for tues/wed up there lots of soft spots.the bowl just before going over to east grizzly was great snow 2feet soft.I'll be heading back out tomorrow or sunday.

Did you go up? We are planning heading up this weekend, we went to Quartz on May 2nd, was pretty decent and hot, had to drive up around to around 4 or 5 km's not sure. Road was rutted badly in a couple spots, but just 4x4 with deck so no issues and did not need tire chains at that time. Take care,

the gates up at Quartz is closed.road being to soft.there was 4 guys from red deer that where up in gorman for weekend,good snow on lang side,there's mud at the first cute blocks before last two bridges 2 1/2 feet still on lake with warm spell this passed weekend lots snow disappearing one more ride to gorman and that wil be it for yr there

parking at 12.5 big turn around

We did the Mines on Sat. 10-20cm of new on the glacier. heated up considerably during the day. Snowing on and off. Parked @ 48km- patchy riding with a few larger dirt rides on south facing switch backs up to pass. Solid white after 52km.

Check the Elkford thread for some deeper photo conditions from last weekend. Front range picked up more than inner mtns.
