For those of you that have deleted the electric start from your 800R, do you loose reverse or did I unplug something I shouldn"t have?

For those of you that have deleted the electric start from your 800R, do you loose reverse or did I unplug something I shouldn"t have?

There is a jumper wire you need. I'll take a picture of it when I get to my sled.

We just did an electric start swap out, and had NO issues once we pulled the Starter and all unnecessary wires... Reverse works PERFECTLY.... Wrapped up the bare wire ends and was good to go

Also your sled looks to be a '11, his is still the REV Chassis if i recall correctly...

if it's a rev you need a different harness over the clutches
