Loaded up my sled today ready to head for the mountains Boxing Day and noticed that one of my lugs has split down the middle. It’s a 165 3 inch. Wondering if anyone else had run into this and how they repaired it. I had thought of driling holes on either side and running some zip ties through it to at least hold it together for this trip but not sure how well that will hold. Any other solutions or ideas would be appreciated

My track started doing the same at 1300 kms they were interior lugs, i just kept riding then it spit a couple lugs a few hundred kms later and had to end up changing track at 1900kms

I heard Gorilla glue works. Caper had success repairing his track. Maybe throw him a message.

Some guys say e6000 glue. Personally I'd try windshield urethane. Use that stuff at work all the time for gluing random cr@p.
