I have noticed that the 144, 155, and 163 all use the same chaincase gears. I have a theory that if I gear my 144 up, (same horsepower as the 163) I should be able to get more track speed while climbing. Less surface area and smaller lugs (2 from 2.4) to rob horsepower. Has anyone else tried this?
