Corbin 26 & 27
Rode Corbin from the town staging area both Friday and Saturday. Temperature was great. Snow was ok, they need some more. We played in the trees and were able to find lots of untracked snow.

Hey Guy's we are taking a trip to Crowsnest next weekend, which way did you go into corbin was it from blairmore side or fernie? If you could give any info on riding there it would be great.

Hey summit. We went in on the Corbin side. We staged at the old Corbin town site. To get this staging area we went into BC and turned left at Elk Valley Coal Corporation sign and followed the road for about 23kms.
The snow was good, but they could use some more. It is starting to get fairly tracked up. You can stay on the main trail and go forever and play in the trees or shortly after you leave the staging area (approximately 6km) you can turn right off the main trail and get into Barns Lake and Elliot Lake (you have to cross a creek to get in the area).

Rode both
We have rode from both sides, It's your call. you shouldnot be disappointed from which any direction you take, Just take fuel. One can do a loop but with playing one would use a fair bit of fuel...... Our 900 RMK'S sure drink it up.

Great thanks for the info, we are heading down on the 16th hope we get a fresh dump just before.

The ski hill is reporting a foot of fresh this am. Conditions have to be getting much better in the area.
