Electrical shocks thru handlebars? Apex eps

Anybody heard of or anything about electrical jolts thru the handlebars? Thanks

i swear it happens on my nytro sometimes when my gloves are wet.

clamped the brake lever perch on top of my heated grip wires once when I changed bars. that was good for the odd shock when my gloves were wet.

I think I am getting the same thing on my 07 apex. Last month I thought I was pulling a muscle in my hand when I was using the brake lever but today it shocked me pretty good to know there was a difference. Any luck on troubleshooting it?

Had the same thing going on with a 09 nitro pulled the harnes apart for the heating elements and put my meter on it and determind that the element had burnt out. Also took the brake leaver apart and found alot of cor in the switch cleaned it up and put a new element in and hasnt happend since
