Hey guys,
my wife’s quad (2007 grizzly) is showing a code 13. This came about after checking valve clearance but I can’t see how they are related. Service manual says to check resistance on eps torque sensor and that the reading should be 1000-1500 ohms. I did not remove the eps motor like the instructions say but just unplugged the sensor in behind the front right tire and checked. Multimeter does not show a reading. So I assumed it was done, but figured I would test my quad which has power steering and is not throwing a code. I am not getting a reading on mine either. Anybody know what I’m doing wrong? I used two different multimeters, one of which I borrowed from someone who uses it for work so I know it’s a good one.
also, what panels do I need to remove to find the ecu?
