ecu color vs injector color

I know that ecu's are matched with the injector color, my new motor has blue injectors while the ecu is flashed for yellow injectors. Can the Ecu be reflashed for the blue injectors or save the headache and swap them around.

Yes, your dealer can reflash your ECU to match the injector colours. The ECUs are all the same part#.

would you know if i could just take the ecu to get it reflashed from yellow to blue or will they need the whole sled for some reason
