Does anybody refill the BCA canisters in Grande Prairie or Peace River areas

Im not making it to Edmonton anytime soon and would like to refill my BCA canister.
Local Firehalls, welding shops and paintball guys are not much help.

Splatter paint ball on 100st fills for 5 dollar.
