BCA Avy Pack canisters - where do you fill?

Does anybody in McBride or Valemount refill the canisters?
Or is there somebody along Hiway 16 from Whitecourt to Jasper that will refill these canisters.
I inspected mine and seen I only had about 2000psi. Canister sez it needs 2400-2700psi to operate properly.
Heading to the hills on Thursday and would like to refill it along the way if possible. I have checked with the firehall, welding shops and local paintball guy - but nobody wants to refill it???

only place i know of is martin motorsports in edmonton. i dont think they refill either just give you a new one. $25
