It seems with every kit that I have seen, the Helix won't say what angle it is. I'm talking the Team clutches.

So I ask, do you know what you helix angle is?

And for the guys who know a thing or two what do you think is a good angle for a turbo application and why?

Bought my turbo pro 2011 used. Had it apart recently and the helix said (I took a picture!): 42-48-36-ER . No idea if it's a good choice or not.

My boondocker kit had a 42-44 .36 was in a 08 dragon. Seemed to work good for that setup. Quicker back shift.

'14 boondocker kit. Came with a custom dual cut Helix. 40-46-36 and 42-48-36. The 42-48 would give a quicker upshift.

Bear in mind if you've a Tied secondary the helix angle numbers are higher - typically 14 - 15 degrees higher then a TSS-04, which is what comes on the ProRMK and earlier dragons. You will typically want a higher finish angle (reverse cut) to take advantage of the added hp when under boost. A straight cut helix will usually be a bit doggy off bottom until the turbo spools up unless it's a shallow angle.
