Do you know this truck(2006 Duramax)

Hey I'm trying to find out who owned this truck and where it is now so I can try and buy it! It is a 2006 gmc Sierra SLT crew diesel, Black with grey leather buckets, moonroof, 6" lift, new 20" wheels & tires, DVD ent system,​

156,000km. The truck was registered in Alberta in SHERWOOD PARK. I also have the vin of the truck. If you know anything about the truck please let me knew or where I can find it. I'm pretty sure a dealer has it now!

Can you go to registries, and see if its registered? If not do a lein check see if there a loan on it.
