Dirty fuel tank

I’m finding black sediment in my fuel from the filler neck and the fuel is discolored from typical fuel. How do you clean the fuel tank and change the fuel filter.

Take the tank off and rinse it out.

best thing to do is spend the 20 bucks or so and get a digital version of the service manual. has all the info and procedures that you'll need plus many types of fasteners etc., are a one time use only item which is something you should know about. torque values, when-where-what type of thread locker and on and on.
