Did I just ruin my new oregon 450t?

I just received my new 450t in the mail and it was working well. I plugged in the USB cord that came with the unit and plugged it into the cigarette lighter adapter that I use for charging my iPhone. Now it won't work did I just ruin it?

Try pulling the battery for 10min if that doesn't work then yes you probably blew a fuse inside. Should be under warranty though

USB is 4.0, 4.4, or 5.0 volts at 500mA...so if your cig charger doesn't step it down from 12.5/13...ya, the camera probably didn't like it so much.
