Have not been out yet this year becuase I heard it sucks out there. Can anyone gove me a good feel for how Golden, Rvey and Sicamous really are. Is it worth going out from Red Deer Ab or is it better to wait, work and take more trips later?

man you heard wrong from somewhere. Check out the conditions threads and you will see there is great snow out there. even 3 weeks ago the snow was decent and now there getting dumped on.

golden and revy areas have been epic already!!! there's been good snow for some time and it just dumped for days so get out already!
