Compression on 2008 phazer at zero

I have a 2008 phazer that seems to have no compression. Everything seems ok. I've put wd40 down cylinders to see if it dissapears. It doesn't. I've done my best to do a leak down test and valves are not leaking. It ran in spring and now it has this problem. I've pulled valve cover and everything appears to be working. Any thoughts out there.

Could have burnt valve, valves

first step would be a valve clearance check and go from there

Timing chain could have jumped a tooth ....burnt a hole in piston ....air intake plugged ????
