installed a clutch kit on an 08 154 xp and set rpms to 8300 on clicker 3. rpms sit at 8300 but will slowly creep up to 8500/8600. noticed this on the way out of gorman on sunday, yeah it was cold.
anyone have a suggestion on which way to go,

I'd throw another gram at each pin and try it. Unless you have an adjustable helix, in which case I'd increase the helix angle a degree or two.

Also, as LID asked...flats or climbing? If its on the flats maybe you ran the clutching out to the end.

yea it was on the trail out. clutch performed flawless in the steep, hit the gas and it was there right now. talked to joey says all is good, just no load on clutch as in deep snow, try clickers down one more, and new ramps. in the steep not able to watch tack as things happening a little fast. just noticed on way out. oh it was cold.
