Clutch Problems?

I have a 96 sportsman 500 and lately i've been hearing a scraping or something hitting on the clutch cover. I haven't had time to take it off and look at it but is it maybe a problem with the clutch? I mostly hear it at low speeds. drives good other than this. What do you think?

clutch cover got hot and shrank. big problem with older scramblers too

Cord on the belt hitting the cover?

I wouldn't go any where with out checking it out it could be that the main bolt has come loose and the clutch is wobbling inside, the belt could be coming apart, or the bolts that hold the cage on could have worked loose, check it out now before you go out again or you could cause a lot of damage.
