Best place for ECM vent line???

Been having some weird running problems found if u move vent line around it runs better. I also seem to be ingesting a lot of snow. Wondering if anyone has found same problem. Looking for best place to run line so it's not picking up moisture. Any input would be appreciated.

Stuff it between the foam into the air box.

So between air box and body or drill a hole and seal it in airbox? I appreciate the reply. Just a little unclear,I'm a little slow. Thanks.
