Does anyone have a lawyer or notary they'd recommend (or maybe not recommend) in BC for property title transfers?

Golden/Revy area preferably. But I will be considering other areas as well.

we used a notary in Dawson Creek because it's close to travel and go and sign. If it's a cash deal, notary is fine. If there is 3rd party money, it may be better to use a lawyer.

Kind of an old post here, but I thought I'd add a recommendation still in case someone else is looking as I just recently completed my purchase.

I ended up using Chris Johnston (RevelstokeLawyer.com: Christopher H. Johnston Law Corporation: Welcome). He has offices in Revy, Sicamous, and Nakusp. I was very satisfied with their work. I dealt with both the Revy office and the Nakusp office and everyone I encountered at both locations were very welcoming and helpful! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Thanks again everyone for all your recommendations on this as well.
