If Donald Trump was the genius he thinks he is he would have invested his money in Cabela's stock instead of real estate.

Had an older guy at the checkout in the Calgary store tell me this a couple months ago. He said Bass told Cabela's to keep doing what they are doing as they have a better reputation than their own store does and he likes to make money. I believe it to. Everyone I have talked to at Cabela's is an enthusiast in the outdoors. Most of the people at Bass could care less if you were in the store or kids just out of school more interested in their phones than paying customers.

Yeah this has been coming for several months. They originally made offers back in April I believe.

Cabela's is certainly has a stronger reputation of being a true outdoors-man store but their prices are also higher. I prefer walking around BassPro since I can take my dog with me.
