attaching images

Ron: It appears that attaching images on PM's has a gremlin in it. Sometimes a tag comes up that allows an image from the computer or an URL; but sometimes that tag only allows an URL to be attached. It is probably me but can you look into it? fs

Thanks FS, I think that is one of the issues that was fixed in the new upgrade. I will let you know when that is done, and add that to my list. Thx
