Anybody had issues with the new boss seat

I called Boss today, and experienced the best customer service I have had in a long time. The gentleman apologized for the inconvenience and then said to do whatever I have to do to the seat to make it last the rest of the year. After that, they would replace the cover for $50 like the others had mentioned. Amazing service and will not hesitate to deal with Boss again in the future.
