I drove through about 2 weeks ago and the town was brown and the hills looked quite bare.

From what I hear, it's a good time for dirt bikes around there.

Rode Forester on Sunday, won't be going back this year unless we get a huge dump.
Snow pack has to be down 5' or more, not to metion that it is warm up there and the creeks are already running. If you were looking for a mello trail ride it would be ok but don't plan on a bunch of fresh. Trail was groomed but a little thin at the start.


Stay off Catamont as well, there have been two guys fall in to crevasses this year!!
It is closed for sledding anyway!!!

We rode near Radium on Saturday, zero fresh snow and the creek was open. Only powder we found all day was in the creek bed and we had to skip across open water (shallow) to get from mound to mound of it.
I think Revy's your best bet for snow at the moment.
