Another '14 bogging issue

Riding yesterday had a few bogs wasn't intake or exhaust. On the way out on the trail bogged down and stalled, was full on fuel. Checked today the rave vavle cover was melted (warranty?) plugs where good, stock sled except pre filter kit. Need some ideas?

Thats the bottom side just above y-pipe.

Mine looks similar to that, except when I took mine off the rave valve sensor was loose.

Did it throw any codes at all?

No codes shown or stored and the sensor was tight the valves were a little dirty.

That almost looks externally melted? Cracked exhaust manifold or leaking gasket? Check your manifold bolts?
Is the inside of the cover melted?

All 3 of my etecs are melted. On my 860 the cover Has a big hole in it. When I replace it I'm going to foil tape it. This is very common

Sticky foil taped mine brand new because of this
