We had our annual chrismas holiday run this week. Friday we rode in Tumbler at Core Lodge, we found most of the untouched snow at the begining of the trail to the back meadows, tore that up pretty good, there was around 4' of snow, you realy have to look for a good area to ride but they are there, mostly in the trees.
Saturday, we rode in Silver Sands and went to 5 cabins, we found tons of untouched powder in the meadows, blasted through the creeks and had a awesome run, there was around 5' of snow there and we had a bluebird day!
Sunday we went up Beaver Creek, only to find it socked in, we tried to get back in there with no luck. Seem like the trail ended befor the good stuff. There was around 6' there and very windswept. Once we got backdown we rode the pipeline and had a blast, great place to ride with some technical hills, a crator which was fun.
I think we need around 2-3 more feet to be good. Thanks to Darkday, watthead, sledhead_eh, Koby and Mrs Koby for a awesome few days!
