Nope, the 60cc kittykat is already too small for her. And a g note seems a little high. You should be able to find a nice little 120 for a few dollars more.

Second that. The Kitty is for 4 year olds (maybe as early as 3) up to about 6. My seven year old can ride it but its awfully cramped for him and under powered for what he wants to do.

look for an older short track 400 indy or something, gave the gf's old one to him for his kids, you can dial back the throttle on them easy peasy, my 8yo nephew rides it around the yard

found a AC zr 120 for a 1000, good shape, im more exited then she is going to be
