I have to do all the bushings on the front a arms on the wifes 850 too. Will look into those. Polaris wants about $4 each and need 16 to do the front. Rears are starting to show play too but nothing like the fronts, can't believe how crappy the fit is. Only had 1100km on it when I noticed they were loose.

ya mines got 2800km on it and most of them are starting to get loose, but i also ride the chit out the thing so its to be expected. Gonna change them all out over the winter and so far all balls seems the way to go. Dont feel so bad about doing them at 1100km two guys i ride with have brutes and every 1500 or so they need them and they can be a pain to do once they rust in.
