Has anyone removed the HAC system on a 1996 Summit 500. The reason I ask, is I find it very hard to start at times, seems to flood just sitting there. I have a 96 670 and someone had removed all that and has open pods, it starts every time with one pull. Just wondering what has to be removed and pluged to remove the HAC and or if there is any carb work that needs to be done. Thanks.
