Anyone having issues with it over heating its been doing it since new and it doesn’t matter if its winter or summer. Sometimes ride all day other times can barely make it out of where we camp

Yup coolant is good i bleed the system the fan works run water through the rad comes out clean on the other side. Martins said nothing wrong with it well we will see this weekend

Yes it overheating cause the coolant is boiling
It’s at martins right now it’s my sons quad so if they don’t find anything then I’ll look at I’m a mechanic also
Been trying to not touch it cause it’s under warranty

The funny thing is my outlander and wife’s Renny never overheat.

If martins finds nothing then I’ll bring my tools home after my shift and test some stuff myself

Well if it was happening since new I hope they didn't send you a mud plugged rad from the factory lol
Always the first check and also why I always mount mine on the rack

I seen that rad being cleaned clear water out the other side
And as for the coolant low it boiled over and my son told them that.

Possible once rad was plugged with mud.
It over heated and swelled
Now the gap in fins is smaller and plugs easier

My can am maverick rad would look clean. But was actually really dirty when looking with a light.
