hey I have a 2012 m800 pro climb and my heat exchanger has cracked on our last trip. The tab that is welded on top where you motor mount is attached to has cracked and was leaking coolant . Has anyone else had problems in this area? I called my dealer and waiting to see if its covered under warranty. If not else we will try and weld it up! Also could a person swap it out for the 2014 short cooler?

Yep this is unfortunately a common problem. Contact Gene ( justboostit ) and he will steer you in the right direction. The motor mounts are weak and let everything move around too much. It may cost you some money up front but should save you money in the long run. Have you been blowing belts as well?

EVO motor mount brackets. Gets rid of that whole situation.

got it all fixed!! went with the EVO motor mounts to get rid of the vibs , had to put a new cooler in the sled, Looks like this setup is gonna work better and stronger then the OEM setup. Thanks guys for the help and input.
