2010 rmk 800 possible motor fail?

2010 rmk 800 low rpm not reving up past 6500 rpm plus no power any idea ? its not the voltage reg . could the motor be cooked 1700 miles anyone have the same issues?

Sounds to me like you might be in need of the Polaris "fix kit". Pretty typical with that many miles on it. I'd be doing a compression test and possibly a top end before it grenades causing more damage. Can end up getting expensive if it takes out a cylinder.
