2009 RMK dragon 800 will not start

installed a fix kit, Powder freaks thermostat, Slp pipe + can, slp clutching, power comander in my 2009 RMK 800 dragon. got it all together and it started it ran really rough and the the revs would drop till it stalls and the dash and head light would also blink on and off. put an new voltage regulator in and now there is no spark and the machine does not even fire it has a new set of spark plugs. I am thinking that the ECU might be fried cus of the voltage regulator or the stator is gone. any suggestions where to start??

Check all your wires it sounds like loose connection.

Bad ground wire/ strap near the ECU?

gonna check wiring conections tonight and see what happens
