2009 M6 losing power

I bought a 2009 m6 in december and by 20 hours, it feels like it has no power on takeoff. Artic cat can't figure out what is wrong and it has been in the shop for 4 weeks. Two other 09 m6's have the same problem.

Crank seals could be leaking which make a steady hp loss-that's why I'm not a 2 smoke owner anymore.
