From what I remember there is a a couple plugs under the headlight pod that you unhook from the throttle switch and hook the non throttle side plugs into.

Started Vapor blasting the secondary. Doesn’t take long to look better.

Coming along. Against my better judgment I’m going down the polished tunnel rabbit hole. I’m using Zephyr polishing 3 step process. See how that goes.

Wow that sled has some serious metal in it . I have never seen one apart. Great job the vapor blasting looks beauty. I polished a arctic cat tunnel before ... it was a love/ hate thing after . Keep up the good work!

Yes they aren’t known to be nimble …lots of weight with the delta frame and battery in front.

Oh I’ve been down that polishing hole. I swore I’d never do it again but this sled will be different.

I did get the bars and controls changed. I was able to modify the FTA04B Munster finger throttle to work nicely. It’s a little bit of a pull with one finger… but not too bad.. Thanks for the help.

Best sounding sled ever made, looking sweet. I wanted one of these so bad when they were new.

10,500 - 11,000 rpm can spin that track pretty fast.

There is a gear reduction off the crank to slow the clutch to around 8500, but still they sound amazing.
