2007 phazer mtn ski pressure

Need advice on trying to get less ski pressure. I have the limiter strap loosened off to the last hole front shock on the firmest setting springs on the firmest setting. As it sits you can hardly steer it unless your moving! I put a set of Simmons gen 3 on and made a huge difference in handling down the trail but still hard to steer at low speed. Maybe. That's the nature of the machine not sure this is my first season with the machine. Thanks for any tips!!

Shock/damper adjustment does nothing really, you need to adjust the spring preload. Max out the the center spring, and decrease it on skis and rear.
But the phazer has a heavy engine up front...
