My sled used to run fine, till I sent in my CDI box to Cat to get re-programed.
I'll try keep this short!
200km on new drop in... sled was gargling with a stinger on, can ride but limited power. Got Cat to put the latest update in. Sled runs better than ever... Bring sled into shop, (too good to be true) sure enough... plugs on mag side, chocolate brown (awsome). Plugs on clutch side, White like vanilla ice cream. Tried the either trick, (crank seal leak) no change in RPM. Took it to the dealer, LAST MARCH. They have no clue, till today. I think there is a problem with my fuel rail/injector (cause it has a slight leak around Oring). Dealer says NO! Dealer says that he needs to put some miles on it (in the snow), put it on the computer and send the info to Cat. I already missed 2 trips... no... 4 trips to the mountains because of this. I need to know if anyone has an idea what could be wrong.

PS Don't reply if your answer is "cause it's a Cat"

might be a fouled up injector. a little blockage stopping it from delivering a full spray. Just my 2 cents

Welcome to the site!!!:clap2:
Sucks to be you right now...Having problems is bad enough, but missing trips also...Real bad, oh well it could always be worse, at least you weren't 40 miles out on the mountain when it happened and then not able to ride it out.:wtf1:
