2006 Eiger Backfiring

O.k guys this fn thing is acting up. It s a 2006 eiger 400. I was out riding the other night. We put over 100 km on, good old time. Just about done the ride. Went over a snow bank and next thing you no it started backfiring when your on the thottle. Checked the airbox to see if it was full of snow it was all good. Checked and changed plug. It looked a little rich but not to bad. Drained fuel put new stuff in there , even put a little gas line antifreeze in there . Still running like a pile. Any ideas guys? Thanks in advance

check the breather lines to the carb, also dielectric grease all ur electrical connections, and plug cap. Or it could be as easy as a loose coil wire that snow is shorting out due to water. I've played w that problem a couple of times.
