2004 KVF 700 Belt cover bolts

I have 2 indentical 2004- KVF 700 quads, 80 % of the Belt cover bolts have broke off in engine block anyone have this problem?

first time i took off the cover on mine it was a real cow to say the least. were tightened up real tight from factory. since then its been fine. never ti break any off though..
